The health and safety of our customers and others who handle and use Esprix Technologies products is a vital concern to us. With this in mind, we use our best efforts to provide the latest information on our products to help you meet your safety and compliance needs.
Our Safety Data Sheets (SDS) meet the content requirements of the OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) and should be used as an integral part of your own hazard communication program. In addition to Hazard Communication requirements, we provide notification of SARA Section 313 "toxic chemicals" pursuant to 40 CFR 372, and other chemical control laws and regulations on our SDS sheet.
We urge you to make this information readily available to your employees, customers, agents, and others that may handle our products.
